ChillCrown Giveaway: Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor
Augustin Romaneschi, sole proprietor, doing business as ChillCrown, Rue des Cèdres 10, 1950 Sion, Switzerland. Contact: team@chillcrown.com.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older at the time of entry (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi). The Sponsor and members of the Sponsor's household are not eligible. One person per email address, and one email address per person.
3. Entry period
The giveaway starts at 12:00 am Eastern Time (ET) on September 21, 2026 and ends at 11:59 pm ET on September 27, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). The Sponsor's server clock is the official timekeeper. Entries received outside the Entry Period are void.
4. How to enter
Visit chillcrown.com/pages/giveaway, submit a valid email address, and confirm that you are eligible and accept these Official Rules. This gives you one (1) entry. Entering is free. Entering also subscribes you to ChillCrown marketing emails; you can unsubscribe at any time and unsubscribing does not void your entry.
5. Bonus entries
After entering, you receive a personal link. You earn one (1) bonus entry for each eligible person, not previously entered, who enters during the Entry Period through your personal link, up to a maximum of ten (10) referral bonus entries. Each eligible person who enters through another entrant's valid personal link also receives one (1) bonus entry. No entrant may receive more than twelve (12) entries in total: one (1) entry, one (1) bonus entry for entering through a personal link, and up to ten (10) referral bonus entries. Self-referrals, duplicate entries, and entries made with fake, disposable, or automated email addresses are void and may disqualify the entrant who generated them.
6. Prizes
Grand Prize (1): one ChillCrown Full Window Set (the ChillCrown 2-Pack of caps, a cordless shiatsu neck and shoulder massager with heat, a USB heated neck wrap, and The Cold Window System digital guide) plus one ChillCrown Extra Pair (two caps). Approximate retail value (ARV): $139.80.
Referral Prize (1): if the Grand Prize winner entered through another eligible entrant's personal link, that entrant receives one ChillCrown 2-Pack + Guide. ARV: $53.90. If the Grand Prize winner did not enter through a personal link, no Referral Prize is awarded.
Prizes ship to a US address only, at no cost to the winner. No cash alternative, no transfer. If a prize item becomes unavailable, the Sponsor may substitute an item of equal or greater value. The massager and neck wrap are comfort products, not medical devices or migraine treatments.
7. Second Prizes
Second Prizes (up to 300): every eligible entrant who does not win the Grand Prize wins a Second Prize: a code for $15 off the ChillCrown 2-Pack + Guide or the ChillCrown Full Window Set, valid from 12:00 am ET on September 28, 2026 to 11:59 pm ET on September 30, 2026, one use per customer, not combinable with other product discounts, no cash value. ARV: $15 each. If more than 300 eligible entrants do not win the Grand Prize, the 300 Second Prizes are awarded by random drawing among them. Second Prizes are delivered by email on or about September 28, 2026.
Total ARV of all prizes: up to $4,693.70.
8. Drawing and odds
On or about September 28, 2026, the Sponsor selects one (1) Grand Prize winner by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period, each entry counting once. Second Prizes are awarded as described in section 7. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.
9. Winner notification
The Grand Prize and Referral Prize winners will be notified by email at the address used to enter, on or about September 28, 2026, and must reply with a US shipping address within seven (7) days. If a winner does not reply in time, is found ineligible, or cannot accept the prize, the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner may be drawn.
10. General conditions
By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to the Sponsor's decisions, which are final. The Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond its control impairs its integrity, and in that case may draw from eligible entries received before the event. Winners are responsible for any taxes on their prize. To the extent permitted by law, entrants release the Sponsor from any liability arising from the giveaway or the use of a prize. Except where prohibited, these rules are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
11. Privacy
Email addresses are used to run the giveaway and to send ChillCrown emails, as described in our Privacy Policy. Entries are never sold.
12. Meta, Facebook, and Instagram
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, or Instagram. Entrants release Meta Platforms, Inc. from all liability related to the giveaway.
13. Winners list
For the first name and state of the winner(s), email team@chillcrown.com with the subject "Giveaway winners" before October 31, 2026.
